I see nothing more than text in a combat log. No proof that you did the deed (even with assistance, that's fine), no corpse, no t-bagging, etc. I'll gladly pay the 100g when I see an adequate screen shot (preferably with his corpse, a mouse over that, and combat log data reflecting that you participated in the kill in some way shape or form).
