Sorry about leaving the guild. I really didn't seem to fit in, and that was apparent right after the first day. You guys might be saying I'm a fails charactor and as a tank. Maybe I am, but I really don't think so. I'm learning more every day, and that's what counts. You are a good bunch of people, even if some of you have forgotten that this game is supposed to be fun first, and not last. I enjoyed running with a lot of you, and not at all with some of you. Thanks for the tryouts and the chance Fanboi. You guys are great. I'll see you all around.

Whatever Dbag let his ego blow up in your face should just be ignored. If Fan hasn't said anything to you, then you probably weren't doing anything wrong. Alot of people are impatient little bastards and you just got to stick it out and learn who to group with and who not too. Sorry to see ya go so quick, we definitely need tanks.

You're right that most of the players in the guild are spoiled to the intensity and quality of tanking that you display. Not all, but some of the players that I ran with expected the same style of tanking out of me. I did move fast, but apparently not fast enough for some of your players, and they started running ahead of me; starting on mobs and bosses before I'd even get there. Heals in random instances usually couldn't keep up and myself and others would end up wiping. Then I found myself trying to go faster than I really could, and I started making mistakes. I don't know if it's a warrior tank thing. I just can't move as fast as a dk or a pally I guess. I need a second to get aggro, and if heals isn't good enough, then I can only do one mob at a time. I could sense the disappointment in some of the guild members I ran with. That's no fun. I'd do good in one instance, but then not so good in others. I just didn't seem to fit in very well. I don't see myself as a slow tank, just methodical and careful, and I was losing that in the quest for speed. I felt that I wasn't doing myself, or the guild any good by being there. Hey I am sorry you feel that way. As I said the speed is something you work on. It is possible as a warrior I was currently lvling my warrior to show you some tricks and iron out some macros that you might find helpful. I hear that alot from warrior tanks that they just cant do what pallys and dks do. I can honestly tell you. You guys can do the exact same thing. It just takes a little more adjusting.

I'd still be up for helping, and I apologize for the standard I have set that shadows other tanks.

Again I am sorry you didnt feel like you fit in. Normally stuff like that takes time. But again tanks here seem to come and go pretty quickly. Not to talk myself up but I do have my own way of doing things and those that don't do it the same way often feel neglected or left out. Alot of tanking is about people building up trust and their expectations in you from what they have experienced. And sometimes that takes more than a few hours or a couple days.

I definitely saw that you had potential. Your single target tps was decent just needed to expand that to other targets and work on the speed. One thing I ment to mention was the want to be ahead of everyone else. What I try is to always be ahead of them, where I am waiting on dps. Them not waiting on me.

Anything that you can show me will be greatly appreciated. I've actually never set up any macros and I wouldn't know how to do it. Every siduation is a bit different; needing different solutions, so I never bothered to learn how. I don't set up presets for certain manuvers on my RC radio either cause I always viewed that as cheating. Yeah, I'd like to learn from you. We'll have to stay in touch.
